Team
Michael Wilk, Attorney & Owner
Since 2010, Michael has specialized in business immigration law and compliance matters, especially in complex and writing-intensive cases. His experience in immigration involves nonimmigrant and immigrant solutions for the business, research, technology, education, and entertainment communities, among others. He communicates directly with clients, including HR managers, high-level executives, and employees to ensure comprehension of each step of the immigration process and to collaboratively produce the best immigration strategy for each individual matter.
Michael also provides pro bono legal representation to asylum seekers and other low-income clients. In 2016, Michael was a recipient of the Earl H. Davis Advocacy Award from the Jack and Lovell Olender Foundation for his pro bono clinical work in immigration and tax law in Washington, DC. In 2020, Michael was the recipient of the Peter J. Murrett III Pro Bono Award, the highest award of the Upstate NY Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
